At Haven, our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where every client feels safe, respected, and supported. To maintain a smooth and professional environment for both clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that you review the policies below.
These guidelines help us protect everyone's time, energy, and wellbeing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with 24+ hours notice can be rescheduled or refunded with no penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
We understand that unexpected things happen - if you're ill or experiencing an emergency, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
No-Shows
A "no-show" is when a client misses their appointment without notifying us.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
This ensures our practitioners are compensated for their time and allows us to continue offering high-quality care to our community.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened out of respect for the clients scheduled after you.
The full session fee will still apply.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. This card is securely stored in your profile and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or no show.
We accept all major credit cards, debit, and direct billing when available. If you prefer to pay with another method at checkout, you absolutely can - your card on file is simply used to hold your appointment and to protect the time reserved specifically for you.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Haven Holistic Health Clinic is a place of safety, respect, and healing - for our clients and our team.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that is abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful toward our practitioners or other clients. This includes:

harassment of any kind

sexual or suggestive comments or actions

verbal aggression

boundary violations

disregard for clinic rules or practitioner comfort
Any behavior that compromises the safety or wellbeing of our team will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future service.
